What the site does, and what it doesn’t

Buzzloo offers free random draw tools: Secret Santa, name picker, wheel, teams, heads or tails, random order, household chores and giveaway winner, plus a quiz buzzer and a score counter for game nights with friends. The site itself runs no contest or lottery and offers no prizes.

For a giveaway on social media, the person running the giveaway is responsible for it: rules, prizes, entry conditions and contacting the winners. Buzzloo only provides the draw tool and, if the organizer chooses, a locked results page.

The site is published in France and is subject to French law. Rules on giveaways, contests and online content vary from country to country: if you run a giveaway, check the rules that apply where you and your participants live.

What visitors write

The organizer of a Secret Santa writes the group name, the first names, the budget and a short note; each participant can write a wish list. These texts can only be seen by people who have the link in question. They are never published on a public page or shown to search engines.

Everyone is responsible for what they write. The publisher may remove abusive content (insulting, hateful or unlawful remarks). To report abuse, including for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), write to contact@prozissimo.com with the link in question. Languages accepted: French and English.

Intellectual property

The site’s name, logo, design and texts belong to the publisher and may not be copied without her permission. The photos in the guides come from Unsplash, with the photographer’s name under each photo.

Advertising

The site may later show Google AdSense ads, only after you make your choice in the Google-certified consent message, on the guides and under some tools, never on a Secret Santa’s private pages. Buzzloo doesn’t choose each ad and doesn’t guarantee its content.
